As a Brit and a Dane, Caitlin and Nicolai have a no-nonsense, quality first attitude to the items in their lives. When trying to find the perfect shelving system for their home, they looked for a shelf that could outlive them and be a piece of furniture to be proud of. It simply didn’t exist. Thus started the journey of many sketches, physics tests, material choices, complete restarts and most importantly, innovation.
